On October 9th and 10th, 2024, the traditional family brewery Schäffler Bräu in Missen in the Allgäu region invites you to a special brewing day. Experience the art of brewing beer live as a traditional Altbier with 12% original wort and 5.2% alcohol is brewed on the Brewiks 300 microbrewery system. A total of three batches will be produced on both days, which will be fermented together.
