The 2 HL Brewiks Microbrewery is perfect for smaller breweries and homebrewers. This version features a heating system that uses thermal oil in the double wall to ensure constant temperature control.
The mash tun has a capacity of 290 liters, the lauter tun 350 liters. The maximum malt quantity per batch is 75 kg and the heating power is 14 kW.
The 3 HL Brewiks Microbrewery offers a larger production capacity and is ideal for growing breweries. This variant uses water as a heating medium to ensure uniform heat distribution.
The mash tun has a capacity of 470 liters, the lauter tun holds 500 liters. The maximum malt quantity per batch is 100 kg and the electric heating power is 21 kW.
The 5 HL Brewiks Microbrewery is the largest and most flexible option, ideal for larger craft breweries. This variant can be operated with a heating power of either 36 kW or 24 kW and uses water as the heating medium.
The mash tun has a capacity of 760 liters, the lauter tun holds 840 liters. The maximum malt quantity per batch is 190 kg.
